Capturing your views on public facing digital services.

Digital Notts is working with Healthwave to engage with colleagues about their experience with public facing digital services.

How to share your views

Click on the interactive video below to take part and help shape the future of public facing digital services. Once you're done, please share this page with your colleagues.

About the opportunity

There's been a rapid increase in the requirement for us to use and signpost to digital services in primary care. This change has been felt by many different people across job roles.

It is now commonplace to provide channels for people to access healthcare services online, digitally or remotely. Public facing digital services refer to all of the ways that we enable people to access primary care remotely.

Your views matter

We are inviting primary care colleagues to share their experience with public facing digital services and capture some of the effects and learning that have occurred because of this shift.

Your insight will be used to inform ongoing decision making in primary care.
